Wild mushrooms are only permitted to use if a valid GA or SC State Mushroom Certificate can be provided. It must be displayed where cooking and selling takes place.

Sean is a culinary supervisor and travels all the way from Pittsburg, PA to lead and be part of our competition!

JOSHUA ABSHIRE - PARTICIPATING CHEF

JOSHUA ABSHIRE  is the owner of  Fungi Alumni from Macon, GA. His  wife Tiffany is assisting. She's a super dog trainer BTW and selling home-grown mushroom kits and jewelry she created at their booth.

CHASE TODARO / PARTICIPATING CHEF

Chase is a Chef at the newly opened, upscale "Restaurant HOLMES" in Alpharetta, GA and will dazzle us with his mushroom creations.

He also operates his own catering service.
 

DAVID & CHRIS SNOW / PARTICIPATING CHEFS

David and his brother Chris will show us what it means to say: "Good ol' country cooking with a mushroomy twist".  In the picture: David and Faylo Faylo (from FL) "talking mushrooms".

NANCY FRICKS - PARTICIPATING CHEF

Nancy is a volunteer with the Cave Spring Activities Committee and serves her hot dogs for local charities and the sports teams. This year she'll have a "mushroomy" surprise waiting for all that know her.
