SHAUN THOMPSON 

Sean is a culinary supervisor at the Hyatt Regency, Pittsburgh International Airport. He's coming all the way from up North to be part of our competition!

JOSHUA ABSHIRE - PARTICIPATING CHEF

JOSHUA ABSHIRE  is the owner of  Fungi Alumni from Macon, GA. His  wife Tiffany is assisting. She's a super dog trainer BTW and selling home-grown mushroom kits and jewelry she created at their booth.



NANCY FRICKS - PARTICIPATING CHEF

Participating Chef Nancy Fricks's committee raises funds for various local events, such as the Annual 4th-of-July Fireworks, as well as for charity. This year, her hot dogs will feature mushroom flavor as an add-on. 

MUSHROOMS PERMITTED TO USE

Wild mushrooms are only permitted to use if a valid GA or SC State Mushroom Certificate can be provided. It must be displayed where cooking and selling takes place.

COMPETITION ORGANIZER & PARTICIPATING CHEF

OLGA COTTER is a well-known  grower,  mycologist, business woman  and co-owner of Mushroom Mountain in Easley, SC.  She's going to take part in the cooking competition at the MushFest in Telluride, CO this August and use this experience to help us set up an exciting and fun evemt!

ANNE-MARIE BILALLA PARTICIPATING CHEF

Anne-Marie is the winner of the 2017 winner of the Pilsbury Baking Competition, regular at several farmers markets and the owner of Bella Vista Farm. Can't wait to taste her food and buy some her tinctures and whatever surprises she may bring.
