Ed Harris was the winner of the Food Network’s CHOPPED “Turbo Powered” Season Four & Iron Chef International. 


He also appeared as a chef on 24-Hour Restaurant Battle and his team won. 

His education from the Art Institute of New York City and past experiences allow him to specialize in a variety of cuisine styles. 


It is that eclectic background that allows him to play an active role in the planning, supervision and creative aspects involved in the food industry.

The Learning Kitchen  (TLK) has a new chef joining them in the kitchen! 


While Chef Ed Harris' education from the Art Institute of New York City and his past experiences allow him to specialize in a variety of cuisine styles, he is bringing his own version of vegetarian and vegan Asian street food to TLK.

A new bakery in the Rome Arts District will bring their goodies: breads, cakes, cookies and lunch boxes. Owner Sunny Shropshire-Knauss is also an experienced mushroom grower.

BLUE HIVE APIARY, owner Melinda McCuan  from the Mushroom Club of GA, is bringing her bumper crop.

The owner, our friend Melinda McCuan, member of the Mushroom Club of Georgia, is sharing her 2019 bumper crop with us. Bee research is one of the fields mycology is focusing on to help them.  All the honey is raw and minimally processed.
