FEES
$40 booth fee (12 X 12) for both days, SEPTEMBER 29 & OCTOBER 1, 2023.
ENTRY AND SETUP Vendors can start setting up Friday, SEPTEMBER 29, after 3 p.m. and 6 a.m. Saturday morning, October 1, 2023.
On Saturday morning, all vendors must be set up by 8:30.
BREAK-DOWN
Sunday, October 1 @ 3 p.m.
DURATION
The festival is open from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. daily.
BOOTH
The limit for helpers per booth is two (2).
INTERNET
Internet access via hot spots.
ELECTRICITY
There is no charge for electricity inside the pavilions leased by Georgia Mushroom Festival, Inc. The large pavilions have electrical outlets. Vendors must bring their own electrical cords and secure them so they don’t cause safety hazards.
WATER
Fresh spring water is available in the park either from The Cave directly or from water spigots located at the pavilions. There is no charge for the natural spring water in Rolater Park.
TRASH
Vendors are expected to remove their trash & keep their areas tidy.
TOILETS
A public restrooms is located in the park and one can also be found behind the public library adjacent to the park.
WHERE TO STAY
- Our own MAGIC MUSHROOM JAM has camping available with the purchase of a weekend ticket.
- Cedar Creek RV and Outdoor Center has cabins and RV and tent campsites.
- Local AirB&B's and hotels in Rome and Cedartown should be booked early due to high demand. There are no hotels in Cave Spring.
