All sales are final and refunds are only allowed in limited circumstances (for instance, when an event is canceled— or where an event is postponed, rescheduled, or moved, and the Event Organizer has approved refunds for that event).
Note that any changes in event schedules will be communicated directly to ticket holders via email as new details are made available. The status of our event, and any options available, can always be found on our website and social media account.
