VENDOR INSTRUCTIONS / Please read the whole page!

1. After unloading at the respective vendor spot, vendors who camp can drive to the camping area, unload and then move their cars to the parking area. Vendors setting up a small tent behind their booth can do so, but vehicle must be in the parking area.
2. Vendors must provide names of up to 2 helpers; qualified helpers receive pink wristbands for ID.
3. Long distance vendors camp free. Vehicles can be unloaded, but must be moved to the parking area after unloading.
4. RV have to park in assigned RV spaces.
    

2 people per booth (owners), plus 2 helpers.

Friday, October 17, 2025

7      am   Vendor Setup Starts

9:30 am   Vendors must be set up by this time. 

10    am   Festival Opens

11    am   Food Court Opens

7      pm   Suggested Vendor Closing/can select to stay open till bands stop playing.

Saturday, October 18, 2025

7       am   For vendors coming in on Saturday, setup starts at 7 am.

8:30  am   All Vendors must be set up. 

9       am   Festival Opens

11     am   Food Court Opens

7    pm      Suggested Vendor Closing / can select to stay open till bands stop playing.

• Vendors can unload their vehicles at their assigned spots and then have to move them to the parking areas. 
• Our vendor team will assist.

3 pm    Festival Closes

Vendors must break down their booths, tidy up their spots and be ready to be guided off the premises with the help of our volunteers.

Leave no trash! 

Vendors requiring electricity must bring electrical cords and hoses to hook up to outlets on the field. Cords must be secured. 

The following forms must be executed:                                                                           General Release of Liability: all vendors.                                                                    COA aka Certificate of Analysis: only vendors selling CBD/THC products.
